10. Compliance with MLM Policies
You agree to comply with all policies and procedures set forth by Healy regarding the promotion, sale, and distribution of Healy products. This includes but is not limited to adhering to ethical marketing practices, accurately representing Healy products and compensation plans, and refraining from making any false or misleading claims.
11. Compensation and Rewards
You understand that your compensation as a distributor is based on your sales performance and the sales performance of your downline organization as outlined in the Healy compensation plan. Earnings are not guaranteed and may vary depending on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors.
12. Training and Support
You acknowledge that Healy provides training and support resources to assist you in building your business. You agree to actively participate in training programs, attend company events, and leverage available resources to enhance your skills and knowledge as a distributor.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healy, http://www.healyasia.com, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your actions or omissions as a distributor, including but not limited to claims related to product liability, breach of contract, or violation of applicable laws.
